In this episode we are joined by special guest Jenna Kelland who is passionate about supporting burnt-out women feel better after the lessons she gained in her own journey through stress and panic attacks. Jenna explains that we spend far too much time in fight or flight, but what our bodies really needs more of is “rest and digest”.
